Refund Policy

Here at Healthy Sugar Beauty, I strive for 100% satisfaction. With that being said, I know things happen. 

Because these items are natural products and made-to-order, all sales are final. Due to CDC Covid-19 safety and contamination guidelines, I cannot take back the item to resell. But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. 

I understand through transit, items may get damaged or destroyed. If that happens, email me at healthysugarbeauty@yahoo.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your item and send a few pictures. Within 24 hours, I will send you an email stating whether you are qualified for an exchange or not. Please note: Any notification past 7 calendar days will not be processed.


Items destroyed or damaged during transit are the only items that will be qualified. 

If you are qualified, I will give you one of two choices: for me to send you a replacement of the same item, if in stock, or a full refund of your money from that purchase. To complete full refund or aquire replacement, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not abuse this policy, as I know sometimes mailing items, things are not carefully handled and that is why I have this policy to be lenient of situations. Those situations are out of my control but I am willing to work with you to give you 100% satisfaction with my brand and products you purchase from me.
